The training for the internal auditor is the first step in the subject of the quality management system ISO 9001. The training has the basics knowledge about ISO 9001 and a review of the ISO 9001 requirements, which gives a great background for further training in this field. The program was created for people who did not have contact with quality systems so far.

During the first day of training, participants get theoretical knowledge about the quality management system and the content of the ISO 9001 standard. Short exercises are conducted for better understanding.

Program day one:

1. Beginning (introduction of the traininer and participants)
2. Quality definitions
3. Process approach
4. Process approach – case study The objectives of the Quality Management System
5. Step by step ISO 9001: 2015

The main goal of the training is the to acquirepractical acquisition of knowledge through bynumerous case studies conducted on the second day of training. Exercises regarding the practical work of the internal auditor allow us to check our skills in practice and improve them.

Second day program:

1. Internal audit – definition, types
2. Auditor – tasks of the auditor, features of the auditor
3. Preparation for internal audit
4. Creating a list of control questions – exercises
5. Writing an internal audit report – exercises
6. Exam

Each participant receives a package of teaching materials. During the training, snacks in the form of cakes and unlimited coffee and tea are provided. A good lunch meal is provided at lunch time.

The training ends with an exam checking the knowledge acquired during the training. A positive evaluation of the exam guarantees the Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certificate. This certificate entitles to conduct internal audits in the company.
